Terms of Service — DayDraft

Last updated: June 17, 2026

DayDraft is a free, local-first daily planner currently in beta. By using it, you agree to these simple terms.

1. The service

DayDraft is provided free of charge during beta, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed as we improve the app.

2. Your data

DayDraft is local-first: your tasks, habits, and notes are stored in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. We do not host your planner data on a server. If you submit feedback or join the waitlist, we use that contact info only to respond to you and to share product updates. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

Use DayDraft for your personal planning. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or misuse the service.

4. No professional advice

DayDraft is a productivity tool, not medical, psychological, or professional advice. It is designed to support ADHD-friendly routines but is not a treatment or a substitute for professional care.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DayDraft and its creator are not liable for any loss of data or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Because data is stored locally, please keep your own backups of anything important.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
